To whom it may concern,

We are college students currently pursuing our studies in Computer Science and Mathematics. We have a big interest in the stock market and want to use what we have been learning in class and apply it to our own project in order to gain experience and enhance our skills.

We plan to develop an app where users can apply various different option pricing models and various other statistics to option contracts of their choice.

In this process we want to use yahoo's yfinance API to obtain - current price, expiration dates, options data, etc - to apply the calculations.

For our app, we will only be retrieving publicly available information from the API to use for the app, not redistributing.

We have read through the Yahoo Developer API Terms of Use and would like to inquire about this section:

"g.

YOU SHALL NOT:

...

iv. Sell, lease, share, transfer, or sublicense the Yahoo APIs or access or access codes thereto or derive income from the use or provision of the Yahoo APIs, whether for direct commercial or monetary gain or otherwise, unless the API Documents specifically permit otherwise or Yahoo gives prior, express, written permission;"

What steps would need to be taken to allow us to release a commercial app with these terms in mind and to recieve explicit expressed permission for us to monetize?

Majestic City Shopping Centre has over 150 units and two public washrooms. However, the second floor doesn't have a proper drainage system resulting in a very bad smell.

They have opened a healthcare center on the second floor, and this poses a significant problem for people's health, as well as safety. We need to file a complaint with the city about this matter. MC was originally a warehouse and is not suitable for a public shopping center, much less a healthcare center. The city must investigate these concerns.

There is also a concern that the strong relationship between the landlord and the city leaders may hinder proper scrutiny. Nevertheless, we are planning to voice our worries to both the provincial and federal authorities, as these are serious public concerns.

This company scammed me!!! Stay away!!!

First off, they took off my pool solarwhen that wasnt in the contract.

The pool solar was t supposed to come down. However, they only took off half of the pool solar infrastructureand left the other half JUST HANGING FROM THE SIDE OF MY HOUSE! Anytime is was windythe pipe banged against my bedroom wall. I dont explained the issueand basically said it wasnt their problem.

They hired a company to installand that is their problem! This is what the Director of Sales said to mebefore he stopped returning my calls. They agreed that they made a mistake taking off the solar panels and they would replace itbutthey put up used panelsand they cut the wires to the control paneland they wont replace that. I was quoted 1k to fix that.

Also, my breaker box was in a cabinet in my garage(my garage is remodeled).

They knew this. The inspector said the breaker box cant be in a cabinet. The inspector had to come 3 times. Yep, 3 times.

And why did the inspector have to come 3 times? Well, because the company never came out to fix the problem. They just left it. For a month.

Also, they didnt put enough solar panels to cover my electric bill.

It has been monthsand my lowest bill has been over $400.the highest has been $650.

If you are reading thisjust dont take the chance. They lied. They wont make the situation right.

I still have pipes hanging off the side of my house. I still have a $400 electric billon top of my bill I have for solar.

We, from Pipal Tree Ventures Private Ltd, have been using your service for the past 12 years. We have been using the domain name pipaltreeventures.com. However, since last Friday, 10th May 2024, we have been unable to use the Yahoo Small Business service. I must also inform you that a few days ago, 3 to 4 of our email IDs were hacked, and we all received mails from these IDs. We changed the passwords as soon as we noticed.

However, I think the problem may occur again, so will you please suggest a solution?

Please assist us with this matter.
